2.1 Free service

The rent indexation calculation is completely free, without registration.

2.2 Paid services (€3.99 incl. VAT)

• PDF download: A professional, legally grounded indexation letter in PDF format.
• Email delivery: The letter is sent to the tenant with a calendar reminder.

3. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is processed via Mollie (Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard).

4. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the digital content has been downloaded or the email sent.

5. Liability

Calculations are based on Statbel's official health index. The user remains responsible for the correct application of rent indexation.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of the district of Leuven have jurisdiction.
